Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges
