If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means sending a replacement item or issuing a refund.


At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
